The Meadows is a newly constructed, 125,000-square-foot facility thoughtfully designed to be home to 144 long- term care residents. Building on the warm and welcoming environment established at Sagewood, and Magnolia, The Meadows offers a community where residents truly feel a sense of belonging.

Our vision has been to create a space where individuals can both give and receive care in a safe, supportive, and innovative environment that honours personal choice.
